Privacy policy for Thirteen

This page explains what information Thirteen may collect, how it is used, and how players can request that their data be deleted.

Information we may collect

Depending on how the app is configured, we may collect gameplay-related information such as your player alias, match activity, device identifiers, app diagnostics, and contact details if you reach out for support.

How information is used

Information may be used to run online matches, keep leaderboards or progression features working, improve stability, prevent abuse, and reply to support or privacy requests.

Third-party services

Thirteen uses a small number of service providers to run the game. Each one receives only the information it needs to provide its service:

• Apple App Store and Google Play distribute the app and handle downloads under their own privacy policies.
• Expo, Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging deliver push notifications if you allow them. They receive a device push token and the content of the notification.
• Our cloud hosting provider runs the game servers and the database that stores gameplay data.
• Cloudflare hosts this website. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts and plays the gameplay video through YouTube.

The app does not include third-party advertising, analytics or crash reporting tools, and we do not sell personal information.

Data retention

We keep information only as long as it is needed to operate the game, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When data is no longer needed, it should be deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

You can contact us to ask what data may be associated with your account or request that eligible personal data be deleted.

Children's privacy

Thirteen is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact thethirteengame@outlook.com and we will review and delete it as appropriate.
